• Phone Number Requirement: You must include the phone number associated with your consulting call in the payment notes. This is required for scheduling and verification purposes.
   
• Call Recording: Consulting sessions may be recorded for documentation and proof of services rendered. Recordings are kept confidential and used only for business verification, quality assurance, or in the event of a dispute.
   

All payments must be made in full before services begin unless otherwise stated in writing. Fees are non-refundable once consulting or design work has commenced, as services represent time, expertise, and intellectual effort.
